1. Information We Collect
Account Data
Email address, display name, and profile photo collected via Clerk authentication. We also collect your selected membership tier and account preferences.
ASVAB Score Data
Uploaded score report images (JPEG, PNG, PDF), manually entered subtest scores, and practice test results generated within the platform.
Usage Data
Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform, click patterns, and navigation behavior. This data is collected in aggregate to improve the product.
Device Data
Browser type and version, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and performance optimization.
Payment Data
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. 25 Alpha LLC does not store, transmit, or have access to your payment card numbers, bank account information, or CVV codes. We retain only Stripe-issued transaction IDs and subscription status.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, operate, and continuously improve the AFQT Arena service
- Generate personalized study plans, AI score analysis, and military career guidance tailored to your ASVAB results
- Send account-related transactional emails (receipts, password resets, trial expiration notices). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- Analyze platform performance, identify bugs, and measure feature adoption
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms

4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration your account is active, plus 90 days following account deletion to allow for account recovery requests.
ASVAB score images uploaded to the Score Analyzer are deleted immediately after AI processing is complete. They are never written to our database.
Practice test results are retained in your account until you delete your account or request deletion.
Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, typically 7 years.
5. Your Rights
Access
Request a complete copy of all personal data we hold about you by emailing support@25alpha.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Deletion
Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law.
Portability
Export your personal data in JSON format directly from your account settings at any time, at no charge.
Correction
Update your name, email address, and profile information at any time from your account settings.
6. Data Security
All data stored in our database is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
Authentication is managed by Clerk, an enterprise-grade identity platform with SOC 2 Type II certification. We conduct regular security audits and dependency vulnerability scans.
All data is stored within the United States. We do not transfer personal data outside of the United States.
7. No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop. The only parties that receive your data are the processors listed in Section 3, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the AFQT Arena service.
8. Cookies

9. COPPA Compliance
AFQT Arena is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a user under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately and terminate the associated account.
