Terms of Service

AFQT Arena offers the following membership tiers:

• Scout (Free): Limited access to platform features. No payment required. No credit card required to sign up.
• Full Combat ($9/year): Full platform access via an automatically renewing annual subscription billed at $9.00 per year. Begins after the 14-day free trial. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Lifetime Operator ($19 or $29 one-time): Permanent platform access via a one-time payment. The $19 price applies to the first 10,000 purchasers only; subsequent purchases are $29. No renewals.
• JROTC Unit License ($299/year): Annual institutional license for up to 200 cadets. Title I schools qualify for $99/year via NCES verification. Overage rate: $1.49 per cadet per year above 200.
• District License ($999/year): Annual institutional license for unlimited students across all JROTC programs in a school district.

No refunds will be issued for any paid billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. 25 Alpha LLC does not store payment card numbers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize 25 Alpha LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

To access most features of AFQT Arena, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@25alpha.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts are for individual use only. Only one account is permitted per person. Account sharing is prohibited. 25 Alpha LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing your account credentials with others or using another person's account
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from any part of the platform
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content, data, or practice questions from the platform
• Using any platform content for commercial purposes without a written license from 25 Alpha LLC
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users on any platform feature
• Impersonating military personnel, recruiters, or 25 Alpha LLC representatives
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts platform operations
• Circumventing usage limits, paywalls, or subscription gating mechanisms

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

AFQT Arena uses artificial intelligence technology — including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI — to generate practice questions, score analysis, personalized study plans, and military career guidance. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

All AI-generated content on AFQT Arena is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute official military career advice, recruitment guarantees, legal guidance, or any form of commitment from the U.S. Armed Forces or any recruiting entity.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided by the platform, particularly before making significant decisions regarding military enlistment. Always consult an official military recruiter for authoritative guidance.

Use of AFQT Arena does not guarantee any specific military outcome. 25 Alpha LLC expressly disclaims any guarantee of:

• Eligibility for or acceptance into military service (enlistment)
• Assignment to any specific Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), rating, or job code
• Passing the actual ASVAB examination administered by MEPS or any testing site
• Approval for any level of security clearance
• Acceptance into any officer candidate program, ROTC, or service academy

All final determinations regarding enlistment eligibility, job assignment, and military service are made exclusively by the respective branch of the U.S. Armed Forces and are subject to their own standards, medical evaluations, background checks, and discretion.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AFQT Arena shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) then in effect.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
